Rumors of Samsung (005930) releasing a Galaxy S III “mini” with a four-inch screen just got a lot more real. A listing in a Nordic retailer has turned up revealing a “Galaxy S III Mini.” Hard specs weren’t revealed, but the database screenshot, if authentic, indicates that the S III Mini will come in blue and white and will not have any NFC. Other rumored specs BGR has heard include a the aforementioned 4-inch display with a WVGA display (800 x 480 resolution), 5-megapixel camera and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and a dual-core processor

Florida gets data for voter purge

Florida election officials will have access to a federal database to help purge its voter rolls of non-citizens under an agreement reached between state and federal officials and welcomed on Saturday by Florida's Republican governor. The Department of Homeland Security will allow state officials to access the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) database. Florida and federal officials have been battling over access to the database for several weeks.
