13Dec Sony Settles Online Privacy Case for $1 Million (PC Magazine)

PC Magazine – Sony BMG Music Entertainment agreed Thursday to settle a Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) case for $1 million, according to the Federal Trade Commission. The settlement equals the largest settlement ever for a COPPA case, the FTC said.
