15Nov Bassil denies deal to hand over Lebanese cellular grid to French firm
March 14 Deputy Ghazi Youssif accused Bassil of signing a contract with a French firm to replace one of the two companies operating the networks. Youssif claimed that Bassil made this move without even launching an auction or even notifying the Cabinet.
